We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new feature that aims to streamline and simplify merchant transactions—Auto-Refunds. This innovative addition to our platform is designed to bring added convenience to both merchants and customers. For now, the feature is live for IKEDC, IBEDC and KE transactions. In the coming weeks, the feature will be live for all our services.

How Does Auto-Refunds Work?

Our system intelligently identifies FAILED transactions for refunds and initiates the process automatically. 

The refund takes effect between 30 seconds and 24 hours after the time of the transaction. As long as your transaction status is FAILED, yet your wallet was debited, you can sit back and relax, knowing that iRecharge is working seamlessly in the background to ensure a smooth refund experience.
