I cannot believe Irecharge will just provide a service of paying MD bills without any gain.
Just now how to sort this thing out.
From what Irecharge will get cut a small portion for vendors.
    What a deserter!!!

      Dear Muhammad Bello,

Thank you for sharing your concerns.

We understand how this update may feel surprising. However, kindly note that the removal of MD commission is **not a decision made by iRecharge**. The change was implemented in line with the latest regulations approved by NERC and applies across all DisCos nationwide.

As a payment service platform, we are required to align strictly with the commission structure provided by the DisCos under NERC guidelines. This adjustment is regulatory and industry-wide, not specific to iRecharge.

We truly value our vendors and remain committed to transparency and continued support. If you would like further clarification, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

Thank you for your understanding and continued partnership.
